Open to senior, lead and architect roles

Alexander Tikadze

Senior .NET EngineerSolutions ArchitectTeam Lead

Eight years building backend systems in C# and .NET. I design them, write most of the code and lead the teams that ship them. Lately I've been making AI coding agents a safe, everyday part of how teams deliver.

What I bring

Three things I do, end to end.

Architecture

Systems with clear boundaries that stay consistent under failure and growth, documented so the whole team can follow.

  • Domain-driven design, microservices, CQRS
  • Event-driven systems that survive retries and failures
  • C4 documentation from context down to code

Backend development

Production .NET, built and owned end to end, from the first commit to monitoring in production.

  • C#, .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, EF Core
  • Azure, Service Bus, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL
  • Payments, integrations and performance work

Team leadership

Teams that deliver predictably, and clients who always know where things stand.

  • Led teams of up to 10 engineers on concurrent projects
  • Code reviews, mentoring, sprint planning, standards
  • Main technical contact for clients, from scoping to delivery

How I work

From the first spec to production, the same seven steps on every project. AI speeds up the building and checking. The decisions stay with people.

Experience

Where I've worked, and what I delivered.

Sep 2024 - Presentcurrent
AI Solutions ArchitectJan 2026 - Present
  • Designed and own the AI-native delivery system for a multi-tenant .NET 8 and React SaaS platform: engineers and AI coding agents go from an approved spec to a reviewable pull request, with people approving every key step.
  • Replaced separate, drifting AI setups in every repository with one shared, versioned toolkit adopted by the whole team.
  • Made queue-driven features fully testable on a developer's laptop, removing the dependency on the shared environment.
  • Made CI fast and reliable, matching what developers run locally, and introduced the platform's first performance gate.
  • Report delivery progress to the client's CTO against measured targets.
Senior .NET Engineer, Solutions ArchitectSep 2024 - Dec 2025
  • Architected automatic refund processing across Google Play, App Store and Microsoft Store, ending manual handling for most cases.
  • Led the restructuring of a large microservices AI platform on Azure Service Bus and Dapr, removing redundant services and Saga overhead.
  • Designed an event contest system (registration, leaderboards, results) on RabbitMQ with the Outbox pattern.
  • Produced end-to-end design documentation with system analysts: C4 diagrams, data schemas and state machines.

Cornerstone Technologies International

Dec 2020 - Sep 2024
Senior .NET Engineer, Team Lead, Solutions Architect
  • Led teams of up to 10 engineers across concurrent projects: code reviews, mentoring, sprint planning and coding standards.
  • Built Fraction Motors from scratch as architect and team lead, a platform for fractional ownership of luxury cars.
  • Architected greenfield systems in Web3, e-commerce, delivery, payments, HR and AI using Clean Architecture, DDD and microservices.
  • Owned production Azure environments across projects, including monitoring and cost, and was the main technical contact for clients.

Wandio

Oct 2019 - Dec 2020
.NET Developer
  • Led development on balance.ge, a high-traffic financial platform, owning feature delivery end to end.
  • Contributed to the full redesign of zoommer.ge, a large e-commerce platform, integrating multiple payment providers.
  • Built plugins and modules for nopCommerce for several e-commerce clients.
How I use AI

AI in my everyday work.

Concrete uses, not buzzwords. Each of these is part of how I work today.

AI where logic can't reachI use AI for problems plain code can't solve well, with a cheap filter first so tokens aren't wasted.
The right model for the jobFaster, cheaper models for routine work, the strongest ones only for complex tasks.

Understand

  • Onboard onto unfamiliar codebases by having Claude Code map and explain the project.
  • Connect Claude to Jira, Notion and GitHub, so it works with tickets, docs and history together.

Build and test

  • Simulate SQL scripts against sample data and correct them before they run.
  • Run end-to-end tests against new endpoints on dev and QA, including edge cases.
  • Browser automation with Playwright and Claude to test pages and inspect requests.

Review

  • GitHub Copilot for quick pull request reviews.
  • Claude Code with full project context for deep reviews.

Ship and operate

  • Security checks on every release branch that file Jira tickets with severity.
  • Weekly production health reports from Datadog logs, with severity and week-on-week comparison.
  • Release notes generated from commit history.

In products

  • Document and media analysis that groups everything about one person across text, photos, video and audio.
  • Compared Gemini, ChatGPT and DeepSeek on quality, cost and latency to pick the model for a language-learning app.
